HAPPY HEARTS PLUS

The Sunshine Coast Happy Hearts Plus is a four-month program supervised by a certified fitness instructor and a registered nurse. This program includes:

• 2 exercise classes per week (75 minutes in length)
• 1 educational class per week

Fees are payable to the Sunshine Coast Regional District Parks and Recreation Department. Dr. Lea, Dr. Wadge, and Dr. Morantz receive no portion of the fees.

• $312 for four months or $78 monthly
• Must enroll for the whole 16 weeks
• Covers access 7 days a week to Sunshine Coast Regional District facilities in Gibsons and Sechelt (roughly a $50/month value)
• Subsidies are available for low income patients

HAPPY HEARTS MAINTENANCE

The Happy Hearts Maintenance program is an option for those who have graduated from Happy Hearts Plus or those who have stable health conditions where exercise would be of benefit. This program provides the continued supervision of a certified fitness instructor and the social benefits of exercising in a small group setting.

Please ask our office or your physician about getting registered for the program.
